– Graduate of Master’s Commission
– Licensed Minister with the Assemblies of God
– Began serving theLighthouse in October 2012 as Youth Pastor then transitioned to Family Pastor
– Has a strong desire to see Multi-cultures and Multi-generations serve the Lord
– Has a passion for evangelism and discipleship
– Believes in the power of community involvement
– He and his wife, Leigh Ann, live in Duncanville and have two daughters, Laila and Laci

jay-1Jay Fleener
Executive Pastor
– Has served at theLighthouse since March 2002
– A graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry and is credentialed with the Assemblies of God.
– Jay works closely with Casa Amistad, Life School Mountain Creek, Lighthouse Learning Center and the Lighthouse in helping each entity fulfill their mission.
– He and his wife, Beth, reside in Grand Prairie; they have two girls, Rebeccah and Claire.
– Jay loves seafood, jet ski’s, Texas Rangers and spending time with his family.

Associate Pastor

– Graduate of Christ For The Nations & the third year School of Worship & Technical Arts in Dallas, Texas
– Has been serving Gospel Lighthouse Church in various areas since 1999
– He and his wife, Rachel live in Grand Prairie and are blessed with 3 children – Katelyn, Elliot, & Evelyn
– Has a strong desire to see people use their gifts and talents to worship God, spread His Truth, and build up the body of Christ
– Has a passion to disciple today’s young adult generation into a mature, solid relationship with Jesus Christ while helping them maintain a healthy life-balance through the many transitions of their young adult years
– Enjoys bringing people into God’s presence through worship, media, and the arts


Nicolas Gonzales
Youth Pastor
– Saved, discipled, and called to ministry at theLighthouse
– Has served the youth of theLighthouse since 2016
– Has a passion for missions: He has lived as a full-time missionary and has ministered throughout Latin America
– Has a strong desire to teach and disciple students to live with a standard of holiness that is developed by deep love and commitment to the Lord
– A graduate of Christ for the Nations
– Licensed Minister with the Assemblies of God
– Currently pursuing a Bachelors of Arts from Southwestern Assemblies of God University

Children’s Pastor & Technical Director

– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
– Currently pursuing certification with the Assemblies of God
– Has served children at theLighthouse since 2004
– Serves on the Children’s Ministry Advisory Board Leadership Team for the North Texas Assemblies of God District
– Serves as North Texas AG Regional Children’s Leader for the central region
– Has a passion for kids to experience and grow in their love for Christ and others
– Has strong passion for reaching the lost through outreach in the community; is very relational and has passion for discipleship and leadership
– He and his wife, Maribella, live in Dallas and have three children, Alexia, Fabian, and Ezekiel

Music, Choir Director

– Graduate of Christ For The Nations in Dallas, Texas
– Has been involved in music and worship ministry for many years
– Had the privilege of singing and ministering in North America and internationally
– Has a heart for worship and a vision for a worshipping choir that ushers in the presence of the Lord and engages the congregation in corporate worship

Director of Lighthouse Learning Center
– Served as the administrator of Lighthouse Christian Academy, Dallas, Texas since June 2005
– Holds Bachelor Degrees in Elementary Education from World Evangelism Bible College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Secondary Education with History and Bible Majors and Ministerial and English Minors from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida
– Holds a Master’s Degree in Christian School Administration from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie
– Passion lies in ministry to children, parents, and faculty and, of course, the University of Alabama football team
