ABOUT US
Lighthouse Learning Center is a Christ-centered preschool offering quality early education and care to children ages 2-4yrs. We believe that child-centered play best allows children to develop skills, explore and learn. Our program aims to develop the whole child and his/her physical, social/emotional, spiritual and intellectual growth. Lighthouse Learning Center creates a balanced environment of freedom through child-directed free play and structure through teacher-led activities within the daily routine.
Our motto is to nurture your child's spirit and educate their mind so that they can transform our world. We believe children learn and grow when they are in an affectionate, accepting and Christian environment. To us, learning begins with playing, so we view play as an important part of a child’s experience.
In June 2022, our center was accredited by the National Accreditation Commission (NAC) for Early Care and Education Programs. The accreditation process included a self-study in which administrators, employees and parents evaluated the program. The self-study was followed by a validation visit which included evaluations of the center, including six of our classrooms. A thorough commission review of all program materials concluded the process with a decision to award accreditation.
Lighthouse Learning is open year-round offering preschool, morning and afternoon care for elementary students, as well as holiday care and summer day camp. Our hours are Monday thru Friday, 6:30 a.m. -6:00 p.m. Find us on Facebook to see all the fun we have all year round.
LEARNING CENTER
Christian preschool care and training is provided for toddlers through age four. Our experienced caregivers love ministering to children and are committed to providing a safe and developmentally-appropriate environment for children. Our goal is to provide more than a daycare as we expose our children to Christ, and prepare them for their elementary school experience.

Before-and-After-School Care
Lighthouse Extended, our before-and-after-school, state-licensed child care, is a ministry of The Lighthouse Church and has partnered with Life School to provide care for their children at a reasonable cost.

SUMMER DAY CAMP
In our summer day camp, children rotate through classes in arts and crafts, Bible, drama and music, and gym activities. Our days are too full for the children to grow bored.
