Q? Why Do We Clap Our Hands?
A. Oh, clap your hands, all you peoples! Shout to God with the voice of triumph! (Psalm 47:1).
Q? Why Do We Lift Our Hands?
A. Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name (Psalm 63:4).
Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord (Psalm 134:2).
I desire that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting (I Timothy 2:8).

Q? Why Do We Have Speaking With Tongues and Interpretation of Those Tongues?
A. Therefore, brethren, desire earnestly to prophesy, and do not forbid to speak with tongues (I Corinthians 14:39).
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all … to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues (I Corinthians 12:7,10).
I wish you all spoke with tongues, but even more that you prophesied; for he who prophesies is greater than he who speaks with tongues, unless indeed he interprets, that the church may receive edification (I Corinthians 14:5).
If anyone speaks in a tongue, let there be two or at the most three, each in turn, and let one interpret (I Corinthians 14:27).
